What does the truck rental include?

  • Up to 2 certified bartenders
  • Set-up (1.5 – 2 hrs before scheduled bar service)
  • Tear-down (30 min – 1 h)
  • CO2 and Nitrogen
  • 100 pounds of ice
  • Compostable 9 & 12 oz cups
  • Paper napkins & straws
  • Extra table with cloth for Non alcoholic package
  • Necessary ice chests/ ice buckets to keep your beverages cold

Is there a gratuity automatically added on to the invoice?

No, but we do like to request to have a tip jar out during the events for this
reason. We do share tip equally with everyone from drivers, office staff, and our operations crew.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Booze Trucks can provide all necessary alcohol and supplies needed for your event. We do charge a 30% procurement fee on alcohol and any special request ingredients. We require to have the final drink menu decided upon 4 weeks ahead of your event so we can gather the necessary licenses from
the OLCC. We can also serve alcohol that is supplied by you or your planner at no additional cost. We can help you calculate the amount of alcohol you need
based on your guests count and your hours of service. We would be happy to help you develop a shopping list to help prepare for your event.

We are able to celebrate any event with you! We have done weddings, nonprofit events, private events, birthdays, bridal showers, retirements (etc.) let us know how we can get the good times rolling with you!

What other fees are added to our invoice?

We do add on a service charge at 20% of the truck rental. This is to help with the costs of upkeep for our trucks and equipment, employee mileage,etc.

What type of events do you do?

We are able to celebrate any event with you! We have done weddings, non profit events, private events, birthdays, bridal showers, retirements (etc.) let us know how we can get the good times rolling with you!

What is the total space needed for the setup of our trucks?

We need access to level ground, with the ability to back in the trailer with
our truck. There needs to be a 9 ft. wide path to maneuver the trailers in.

Where can Booze Trucks Mobile Bars travel?

We service all of Oregon & Washington. For destinations more than 25 miles from the warehouse, we do charge a travel fee.

Our venue is outdoors. For planning sake, what kind of surfaces or area’s are not viable for truck setup?

No steep hills, sand, sharp rocks, mud fields, slopes, or mixed terrain
grass fields allowed. Area must be clear of gopher holes and all other operating hazards. We will be requesting photo’s of the locations you’d like for us to park, and we may ask for a site visit prior to booking your event.

Can you service a non-alcoholic event?

Absolutely! We don’t believe that beverages need to have alcohol to make your event memorable. We are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas,specialty mocktails, and more!
